
To help our markets run smoothly and fairly, the following booking and cancellation terms apply:
Payment Terms
Your booking is only confirmed once payment has cleared.
Payments are processed securely online or via bank transfer (details provided during booking).
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your ticket booking, you must contact us more than 7 days before the event.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability) if you notify us at least 7 days before the event.
If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, your ticket, ticket price and any ticket fees will be forfeited.
Cancellation by Us (Tiny Treasures Market)
In the rare case that we must cancel or postpone an event (e.g. due to venue issues, extreme weather, or low bookings), we will:
- Offer to transfer your booking to a new date, or
- Provide you with a full refund.
